Download the Zoom app on your phone or laptop. Visit this link to their website for more instructions.
Check the up-to-date class schedule for live class time. Please logon 5 min. prior to start-time, as I am now practicing along with you allowing you to see the practice, and I can't reach the screen from my mat to admit you.
Reach out if you'd like to schedule any personal time (FaceTime, Skype, etc) or have any issues accessing my classes.
