INDIVIDUAL YOGA THERAPY
Sometimes group classes are not ideal to address specific imbalances whether body or mind related. During your intake session I look to gain a comprehensive understanding of all things you. From this understanding and your specific goals I design a personalized Yoga program incorporating various Yoga tools of movement, breath and meditation to promote healing and wellness throughout. During the weekly/regular sessions I will continue to support your progress towards your initial goals.

If you love yoga, you’ve probably heard about practicing yoga on a stand up paddle board – don't be afraid or write it off as only for the daredevils. SUP yoga is becoming an increasingly popular yoga-fitness fusion involving practicing a yoga routine on a paddle board while floating on water. Learn the basics of Stand-up Paddleboarding and then discover your yoga practice - balance, core, and deep relaxation- all over again.
The wind and constant motion of the water only add to the fun-factor of your workout! Plus, the occasional passing bird or fish tend to really mix it up from a traditional land yoga practice.
