PRIVATE YOGA THERAPY
Sometimes group classes are not ideal to address specific imbalances whether body or mind related. During your intake session I look to gain a comprehensive understanding of all things you. From this understanding and your specific goals I design a personalized Yoga program incorporating various and specific Yoga tools of movement, breath and meditation to promote healing and wellness throughout. During the weekly/regular sessions I will continue to support your progress towards your initial goals.
NO YOGA EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
Getting outside is a potent antidote to malaise and lethargy. We'll incorporate powerful yoga practices supporting increased dopamine (feel good hormone), decrease cortisol ie stress hormone, You'll feel better and be better.

We'll begin at the beginning with both poses and philosophy cultivating wellness in body, mind and spirit. You will gain a strong foundational practice of poses, breath and meditation applications that will continue to support you after our 30 days of pondering all things ease for lifelong wellness.

Paddleboard infused Yoga is an amazing experience. Getting grounded and connecting to stability through fluidity is a feast for the senses and a vitality infusion. We'll cover SUB (stand-up paddleboard) basics from how to get on, paddle and of course how to incorporate Yoga poses on the board.
You'll gain the skills and confidence to repeat this great adventure again and again.
